the package was opened and the primer is dry
the package not the amazon bag but the package itself was opened and the product was dry.

How long has it been in a wareehouse?
When I opened it it was much drier than this product should be. It did nothing that it was made for. To dry to adhere to lashes..... it lives in the garbage dump now.

DO NOT BUY....Dry'd out. Should refund money on my account. Horrible stuff not worth sending back. It's so old makes dirt look wet.
