Great headset!
I work as a remote service agent from home. This headset works beautiful and being wireless gives me a bit of freedom in moving around the room as I talk. I don't feel as tied down as with a wired headset!Setup was piece of cake - just plug it in and go! (Working on a Win7 64bit Professional system). The charge seems to last a bit longer than what is specified which is good.

Reliable, last long, best wireless headset except sound quality.
Audio quality is good not great. I use these for Microsoft software called teams. (Like zoom) Great when I need to leave the room but still need to listen to the meeting. Microphone sounds good. Range of about 20 to 30 feet depending on how much metal is between you and computer. We’ve owned three of these over last 10 years. Only replaced them because battery died. Battery lasts long and charges quickly. Can charge while using. Out last more expensive head phones. Very dependable and durable! Has an on off switch and mute button. Tone will tell you if it’s muting or unmuting. Only problem is you can’t replace the battery. This is why I give it four stars. edit: 1/23 bought these a year ago and they are still in one piece unlike my more expensive skull candy ones. I really had buy head phones.

Very pleased
After losing my last pair, I dreaded the thought of dropping upwards of $60 dollars on a new set. However, seeing a "used" pair on sale for a mere $37 piqued my interest, and I decided to give it a shot. What I received was a virtually new pair of headphones in a condition likely better than promised arriving several days before expected.

What a weird fit
I LIVED with logitech headsets on for 10 years. Recently had the need to get a new pair. These are so much more cheaply built, the volume control is practically useless, battery life is pathetic and they fit terribly. Sorry Logitech, the love affair is over!

Great replacement
I had a set of Logitech for over 10 years. All I ever had to do was replace the padding. Once I did that, the battery decided to stop holding a charge. Figures. I purchase these to replace the others. I figured if the first ones lasted that long, these should too, right? Besides, I have a bag of pads.Update - 2/1/2024 - the mic stopped working a week ago. Not sure why, but it is disappointing that the first ones I had lasted almost 10 years. These lasted one. Reduced rating because of it.

Microphone broken out of the box
The output volume on these is fine if you just want to listen to music, but the microphone was broken out of the box and stayed muted no matter how many times I pressed or clicked the mute microphone button to attempt to unmute the mic. I tested on two different computers, running two different operating systems, so I know it's not the computer. Would not recommend buyng if you need them for anything other than casual music listening.

Great product! Wish I could move the speaker to the left side, but it’s still a great product!

Nice communication headset
I've had this headset for over a year now. I use it between 2 and 6 hours per day.The headset is comfortable, the battery life is longer than I have ever needed, sound quality both from the headphones and quality reports from colleagues are both good. The mute button is nice and gives you a nice feedback so you know the set is muted.I don't like the volume control buttons. I don't use them much as a result. It's just slow and a bit clunky.I also don't like that it doesn't work with the Logitech "unifying" USB receiver. You will need to spare another USB port even if you are running all Logitech stuff through a single receiver already. I've had some weird stuff happen with the headset while it is plugged into a USB hub as well. Using a built in port seemed to correct the issues, it just seemed like it had no range at all, even though the hub is separately powered.
