A good product in a convenient container.
This is what I was looking for. A way to lube the stubborn gaskets on a large aquarium canister filter without resorting to something petroleum based. This is a good product - a little goes a long way and the small container makes it easy to take along when servicing client aquariums. I'll definitely reorder when this runs out.

Great for moustache wax
My wife loves my beard but hates that I shave it before our dive trips. So I bought this to use as moustache wax, keep my facial hair and keep the water out of my mask. It worked really well. While there was an occasional drip my mask stayed dry and I enjoyed my dive. Best of all, my wife enjoyed my beard the whole time.

Works great!
I use this to lube up delicate rubber parts before assembly.

Good product
Product seems to be good though a little pricey. Also I am to address this concern some buyers were having and I contacted seller regarding the product in the container was only half filled. This is the reply. The product has 1/4 oz Silicone Grease in the jar. The jar itself is slightly larger than this. The best comparison I can give is when you buy a bag of chips that says 12 oz., room is in the top of the bag, similarly during the packing process of the silicone grease room is left in the top of the container.Thank you for the question hope this clears up your concerns,-Stephen

Product is Great, But Price For Size Is Terrible Value
Summary: Great grease with many uses, including protecting rubber seals. However, this particular 1/4 oz offering is a terrible value -- a miniscule jar containing a miniscule quantity for a relatively high price. Amazon sells a 2oz jar of the exact same product with 8x the quantity for only $1.35 more, so I returned this item and purchased the 2oz jar.Detail:Trident Silicone Grease is terrific -- I use it for waterproofing rubber seals on my car and skylight. However, This particular offering of the Trident Silicone Grease -- 1/4 oz for $7.61 -- is a terrible value. The jar is miniscule -- a cyllinder with an approximate diameter of 1" and a height of 1".I had previously purchased the same Trident Silicone Grease from Amazon but in a 2 oz jar for $8.95 that was twice the dimensions -- approximate 2" in height and diameter -- which translates into eight 8 times the volume/quantity for just $1.35 more. The Amazon link is: https://www.amazon.com/Trident-Silicone-Grease-Jar/dp/B00V2G2BWQI have since seen this 1/4 oz size on sale in diving shops for $2.95 which is a more reasonable price for the size/quantity as long as you don't have to pay additional shipping charges.Note -- this 1/4 oz size says #LP21 on the label, while the 2 oz size says #LP20. However, according to several sources -- including a seller answer on Amazon -- they are the same silicone grease in different sizes. https://www.amazon.com/ask/questions/asin/B006QMYW6E

Save Your Car's Weatherstripping
I own an almost 25 year old Corvette that is still in great shape and used daily. I got so frustrated with all the automotive treatments that claim to protect your rubber weatherstripping and other rubber parts. They do...for about 1 or 2 weeks. Then that old worn rubber look returns and you're nudged even further to just say, "Screw It!". Well, don't do that. Buy this silicone grease instead. It can be applied even just with a finger to coat your rubber weatherstripping and parts. I did this about 6 months ago and the protection from the silicone grease is still there doing the job. I'll be darned if a good percentage of that almost 25 year-old rubber doesn't look nearly new. Imagine that? This is a great product that lasts. 'Nuff said.
