Works ok. Wish the straps were bigger and fit over my shoes easier. Not sure how men can use this as most ladies shoes don't fit in the straps easily.Fair priceSeems like it will help

This is very well made and so far I'm extremely pleased with my purchase!Every component of the "system" [belt, resistance bands, and ankle straps/sturps] are beyond sturdy! They look and feel like they will last, even with heavy daily use....I will update as time and use occurs...as my benchmark for gym/exercise equipment is the IPR Fitness and TRX brands.As far as I can see, no corners were cut in the fabrication on any of the pieces...the webbing is strong and wide, the "neoprene" foam is thick, the stitching is strong and tight, they used 1-inch velcro and the D-ring fittings are metal. I would HIGHLY recommend this to anyone who wants to have a quality piece of equipment and would compare it to the "IPR Fitness" brand offered here on Amazon.

I bought this for my daughter to increase her vertical and speed in volleyball and it has worked wonders. She uses it not only for her approaches and hitting but also for blocking and passing. It helps keep her low and ready in passing. She actually enjoys seeing her progression!!! She is 11 yo, 5'3" and 115 lbs...all muscle. It fits her waist just fine. She wears an 18 in gap kids pants and an extra small - small in adult volleyball shorts. Easy to use. Lightweight. Great design. Quality. Thank you so much for making this product affordable!

We bought this for our high school volleyball player to use during the stay at home. She really liked the product, it helped her maintain if not increase her vertical.

Haven't had a chance to use this yet, the waist belt is too small. I have a 40" waist. The strap will run through the buckle, but no chance of the velcro securing the strap. Ankle straps seem fine as well as the bungees.

Product came fast and look to be well made.

I like the product but one of the ankle straps was made wrong. One has a metal D-ring where you clip the resistance band and the other has one of the plastic square pieces like the ones you put the velcro through. It seems sturdy but I am afraid that plastic piece will break with extended use.

Bought them for my son he loves them and say they are very helpful when it comes to him trying to touch the basketball rim he used to not be able to now he can we've had them for a few weeks now!
