I loved the original spin pins when they came out and these actually are more secure. I have a bob and I love to occasionally wear a messy bun when going out. These stay in very well and I don't get that crushing pinch on my scalp from the original pins. These even hold up to when I am competing as a figure skater. Bobby pins and the such just do not stay in your hair when jumping and spinning. These stay perfectly!Arrived fast, good price and exactly as pictured and I already ordered a back-up set for my skate bag.

These are the best for people with thick, heavy hair! I have tried these styles or pins before from another brand and hated them, but these are perfect for my thick, long hair. They’re comfortable and hold really well and don’t find them slipping out of my virgin hair. I find the value to be great for what you get, but do wish that it came with more because I’m always misplacing them.

I recently learned about these and decided to try them for our daughter, who often wears her long hair in a bun. Ohmygoodness, these are wonderful! A couple other moms have asked my about them since seeing our daughter with them in. They going in effortlessly and keep her hair in place all day long. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is that the color is a bit of a plum shade of brown. I asked customer service and they confirmed that is the intended shade. I had anticipated them being closer to her natural hair color. It wasn't a deal breaker, though, and we have kept them because they work so well. We've been using them several times a week for about a month and they have held up perfectly.

These are the Cadillac of pins. They hold my long wavy fine hair. Does not pull on hair or scratch scalp. I wish I would have know about these long ago. So comfortable. They have some heft to the metal, not cheap wire like most others. And they do not show. Definitely worth the extra bit of cost.
