Q: If I didn’t receive the pump cap with my order how do I requeste it?

I didn’t get one either 8/12/22, if I don’t get a replacement cap next day air I’m sending this back. Smh

This kit only includes the tank, pump cap and hitch mount

Q: does this come with everything shown in in the photo, hitch mount, manual pump and related hardware to mount on hitch adapter ?

Yes, mine did. Have not used the hitch mount yet because I bought the bed rail mount from Waterport directly. They're located in Carlsbad CA nearby where I work. I just used this Waterport on a trip to Sedona and it worked out really well. If you are not using a hose to fill, you have to use the manual pump to pressurize, which takes quite a few pumps to build up real pressure but it will work. I am going to start using the air compressor I keep in my car, or buy a small hand held bike pump to make it easier

Q: Can this be locked to the hitch or mount?

Yes, I locked mine to the hitch and a buddy of mine made a mount and mounted it to his Razor.
