Best Adult Diaper Available for the Price!
This diaper is AMAZING. It's getting harder and harder to find diapers with the plastic backing. These have it. The so-called "breathable" diapers should be called (I think), "ineffective" or at least "less-effective" diapers. The plastic backed ones (like the one's I'm reviewing) hold in more moisture. This is good for several reasons, depending on your motive for purchasing the diapers. If you are purchasing them for incontinence, note that they will hold in more moisture than diapers that are even more pricey. They do make a crinkling sound, however, as will most plastic backed (or "full-matte") diapers. If you are trying to conceal the diaper, this is a negative. If you are an ABDL, then this is a good thing! ABDLs will likely be familiar with "Bambino" diapers. Well... bambinos are great but they are expensive. If you are an ABDL that wears 24/7, you will likely go through a lot of diapers. "First Quality Total Care IB Adult Brief" are a wonderfully-priced diaper for day-to-day use that do their job remarkably well (better than diapers that cost more), and they will not put too hefty of a dent in your pocket-book! I can't recommend these highly enough!

Fast and Great Quality
I remember using these as a child because I was born with spina bifida and these were the only brand that could really hold my accidents well. They were well absorbent and worth the money. I may just keep ordering these monthly because you can't find them anywhere around here. One piece of advise don't pull too hard because you may rip the tabs off the plastic.

... these for a while now and they've always been perfect. I've noticed
We've used these for a while now and they've always been perfect. I've noticed, however, with the last couple of shipments the quality is a little below what I've come to expect. Several of the briefs have had weird sections where either the cotton is exposed, or the plastic areas are fused to the cotton. While they are technically still usable they don't feel great and when the cotton is exposed, it can come out of the lining which makes cleaning up a little bit of a hassle. Hopefully the current order will be back to the quality we have come to expect. So far so good on this shipment.

Not sure where to complain about the poor quality of the product since the changes made last ...
Been using this product for my wife for over two years. The quality has dropped significantly starting mid 2016. They have changed the outer plastic material and the cotton padding has been thinned. Not as absorbing as the previous version. The tabs also have been defective on some shipments. Not sure where to complain about the poor quality of the product since the changes made last year? Maybe they have a new supplier who is cheaper and the company is trying to improve their profit margin at the expense of quality.

First Quality Total Care IB Adult Briefs, Medium, 16 Count (Pack of 6)
I have used these Diapers for my handicapped daughter from years. Suddenly no longer available and replaced by the Same Company .. with the worse excuse for a diaper EVER. No longer do they have the plastic backing so I'm sure that the environmental Nuts have been the cause of this discontinued product. This companies replacement is a diaper that is very similar to a feminine Pad in the center and what is on the sides is a piece of See Through paper very much like a Bounce Dryer sheet and every bit as ROUGH. The diaper not only leaks terribly but also the "dryer sheet material is so scratchy on the skin ... it turns her skin bright red. Even the tape that use to be on the diapers is now some little Velcro square that pops open when they move. I guess doing away with that little piece of plastic on the back of the the tape tab will SAVE THE WORLD. I'm sure it saved this Company $$$ or they would NEVER had agreed to such Stupidity.I'm totally against Pollution of the Air and the destruction of our water source. But the Environmentalist needs to pay attention to the BIGGER PICTURE and stop all these little "petty non sense things". I know they WIN these little petty things with the Big Corporations because they SAVE the Big Corporations Money. Hopefully a Company will put out a decent Diaper Soon that will actually be a Disposable Diaper.

Super great product and affordable.
This is my third purchase of these. My good friend who has become incontinent swears that these are the best ever !!! She has tried several top brands, and leaked through all of them. I told her about your brand and she now has me order the First Quality by the case for her. They hold in the moisture very well.

most "bang for yer buck"!
I was amazed by this product. This works for ABDLs, and it works for non-ABDLs too, because the outer layer is tough and durable, while the inner portion is remarkably absorbent! Similar products normally sell for twice the price. I have ordered this product several times and the quality is both impressive and consistent. Per diaper, this is really the best value out there! (keep in mind that this is NOT one of those "cloth-like" exterior products, thankfully...)

Box of diapers and a roll of tape please.
These are by far the best big diapers out there I would have given a 5 if not for the tabs. If you buy these, order a roll of Gorilla Tape also because that is the only thing that will keep these closed. The tabs feel sticky and you think they will do the job but they stick for 10 minutes and then pop open.PS............I am not kidding about the Gorilla tape that is what I use.
