These are my favorite chiles so far..
These are wonderful chiles..I was purchasing the Carolina Reapers and the scorpions..I believe the Chile Arbols are something like 750 on the heat scale..and the others are 2.2 million..even though the 2,2 million on the Carolina Reapers and Scorpions are delicious..lying on the bathroom floor for an hour wondering if you can get up to call an ambulance to get you to the hospital to have your stomach pumped is not an option..I did cut them down in salsa just one per 16 oz of tomato sauce..and I did not have that problem..For those who complain that there are too many chiles per pack..What planet are you from? These chiles come in 4 oz, 8 oz and 16 oz In case you were wondering..the less ounces..the less chiles....if you have any problems with too many..you could always give them away or share with someone else.. I have to purchase two 1 lb bags per month to keep up..and I have found that the Chile Arbols are enough..They have a nice flavor..and pack plenty of heat without sending me to the hospital..lol

Surprising spice for a braided pork dish, solidsostly discarded.
Great little bag of peppers. Added the perfect spice note to a braised pork shoulder dish. I didn't think two of these tiny peppers would be enough, so I used 4. If I was cooking for guests, I would use two, but my partner and I like spicy so it was the right decision. I used this in. A Carla Hall dish called Swamp Thing.

Tasty and Very Firey!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
These peppers are deliciously FIRE! 🔥❤️🔥 I ground some up in my food processor to add hot chili oil to them to use as a frequent condiment. I had a mask on and glasses and was still coughing and sneezing from the capsaicin. They are also fresh and tasty. I give this 5 fires (and stars). They arrived on time and fresh. Would definitely purchase again.
