Beautiful and sturdy replacement handle. Handle is nicely crafted plastic with a beautiful white finish. Interior rod is solid metal with multiple holes to attach the chain to the flapper. An unexpected perk is the square rubber gasket which securely seals the mounting hole. Note that you do have to work it into the hole and may require some firm pushes to seat firmly. But it works very well and is otherwise simple and easy to install. Wife loves the look and I like the quality construction.

Product is nice looking as well as functional. I’ve bought two in the last month. One installation the arm inside needed to be bent slightly to work properly, very easy install and was able to work on two different style toilets very easily. The brushed finish makes it look nicer than the white plastic handles.

Been looking for a decent style, brushed nickle finish flush handle for our toilets (all the other hardware is brushed stainless or brushed nickle, so having chrome levers on the toilets stood out!) since we remodeled/updated the guest bathroom during pandemic lockdown. Really nothing much to say, other than a brushed style lever is hard to find -- chrome, brass, porcelain levers are everywhere, but rarely see brushed at the home centers. Amazon to the rescue! Was easily installed, looks great, only real complaint is the description says it is steel/iron, it is made of finish plated plastic with a brass lift arm. For under $10, I kind of figured it had to be plastic, but it fits and works, plus the brass arm made it easy to bend for chain alignment. Fit and finish are acceptable for the price (remember, you get what you pay for, and when nothing else matches what you want, you get used to what you get, LOL), the original handle was also a plated plastic, so one for one there. The overall feel is a little wobbly or loose, even when its base is securely mounted on the tank, but nothing we can't live with, I chalk it up to "$10 part, $10 feel" since the only others I found were upwards of $30-40 each at the home centers *when they had them in stock a couple years ago*, and you don't notice the looseness unless you jiggle the handle, so "meh" on that detail ;-) I looks great, works like it should, the minor issues noted are just that: minor, I'd order again for additional toilets. The price is right, you get a decent looking handle, it works just like the original and in the end, that's what really matters with a part like this :-) I dinged it one star because I want to send the seller, and potential buyers, the message about this item being plated plastic, not steel as the listing describes, and would quickly upgrade to 5 star review if seller corrected the listing. After all, the one I replaced this for was also plated plastic, even though it was original equipment on a high-end and reputable brand...

This replaces an all-plastic flush lever on one of our toilets at the house that failed - apparently, the plastic lever arm wasn't strong enough to handle all that torque. This new one has some plastic where it meets the porcelain (the nut and threads) but the bar itself is brass and shouldn't have the problem the old one did. Note that the bar for this lever is straight and it turns out our toilet tank has a curved front, so I had to bend the bar inward slightly by hand to make it match the tank shape. Easy enough to do with a brass rod, but there are levers that come already bent. Anyway, it works fine and took about 5 minutes to install, including that "adjustment".

It Serves It's Purpose It's Not Like Buying An Actual Metal Lever But For Plastic Parts It's Great I Switched Out My Metal Toilet Lever Which I Had For 14 Years It Corroded And The Lever Broke Off Toilet It Was Difficult To Remove But After Hacksawing And Cutting The Old Lever Away With Bolt 🔩 Cutter The New Lever Was A Breeze To Install I Was So Proud Of Myself Because I Am Not A Repair Around The HouseType Of Girl If I Can Do It You Can Do It For Sure Just Be Careful Not To Disturb Anything Else In Your Toilet Then All Systems Is A Go Happy Repairing You Got This And The New Lever Is Beautiful Can Not Tell It's Not Metal At All Works Great Actual It's A Great Bargain For Your Money

This item is high quality it has a metal float lifter arm unlike some other brands where the float lifter arm is plastic and breaks easily

I searched for a metal flush handle for our toilet since the last one broke at the elbow due to rotted plastic. I saw a bronze handle and a brass arm to pull the chain. Bronze is a metal but this and probably other companies don’t understand that. Yes it says brushed bronze, but then states bronze on its own meaning metal. Either they make the arms plastic with metal or plastic handle, or metal handle with plastic arm. Never do they make it all metal. The item also came with a rubber seal cover for the square anchor that slides into the front face. It doesn’t fit properly when trying to slide it in or either forcing it in when tightening the nut on the threads. It looks ugly since you can see the seal. Without the square seal it’s too loose when placed inside. It will work appropriately but of course it is a misleading item description and the plastic will break in the future. Disappointed, but I don’t have time to waste to send back for just another plastic item. Good luck.

So another toilet lever broke on my 1990’s era Mansfield toilet. The last one provided maybe 3 or 4 years of service. I’ve never had such problems with other mainstream toilets (Kohl’s, Toto, etc). Nonetheless, as this on seems to have good reviews, several mentioning it has a solid metal handle, and the brushed nickel finish that matches the faucet in the bath, it looked like a no-brainer choice for a bit over a 10-spot. Frankly I’m disappointed. The whole lever and rod is generic enough on design. I’m sure it fits w wide variety of applications. My first disappointment is the handle of this trip lever is absolutely NOT metal, let alone solid metal. The whole thing weighs next to nothing, it is very lightweight which leaves me with concerns about durability. My Mansfield toilet has a relatively unique flush design. It has a center “column” and the lever connects to a slot on its side to raise it up to trip the flush (rather than a standard flapper). Frankly the design works well, but it makes a bit of extra work replacing lever. The lever rod must be shortened in order to install into the slot on the flushing column. About an inch need to be trimmed, so I started a cut with my hacksaw and recognized immediately that it was not brass (as I was suspecting). I finished by a quick back and forth bend and the end of the rod just snapped off. It is made of some type of cheap, light and relatively brittle alloy, maybe aluminum. The rest of the installation was uneventful. The lever trips the flush mechanism just fine and the finish on the lever does look nice. I do not expect a particularly long service life though (probably another 2-3 years) based on the very cheap materials.

This came fast and installed like any other toilet handle. If I need another one I will buy this product.

Works exactly as intended. Very easy to install and very straight forward instructions. No complaints about this product and would recommend buying it if you need a replacement. Definitely worth the money.
