The first one we received didn't work we contacted the seller and they sent another one immediately and paid for us to ship it back. It was a gift for my mother in law and she loved it. Very cute!

Super cute outdoor decor but unfortunately the solar "eyes" don't light up. 2 stars because it is very cute. Luckily I'm still within the return window.UPDATE: the manufacturer contacted me after my initial 2 star review and sent me another Solar Dog with an improved battery. Again, super cute and the eyes do light up fairly bright and last about 4-5 hours on a charge. Great customer care! I know good reviews are what they’re after but at least in this instance, the review process resulted in the manufacturer not only making the product better but also making things right with their customers.

I love it! I received it at the end of our fall season so I have not been able to put it outside in my flower garden yet to see how it looks and works with the lights. even if the lights don't work, I still love the sculpture itself. So whimsical, just what I was looking for to keep with the theme of my other garden pieces. I usually spray it with clear enamel before putting it in the garden, seems to protect it longer from rust due to rain and watering the garden and fading due to the hot sun. Love it!

The dog was really really small for what I need it for. Way to small. But was super cute. Wish it was bigger.

RECEIVED IN EARLY JUNE AND KEPT AS A GIFT FOR EARLY AUGUST. PUT OUTSIDE IN SUNLIGHT, BUT WHEN EVENING CAME ONLY ONE OF THE TWO EYES LIGHTED UP. FURTHER, THE ONE LIGHT THAT DID LIGHT UP, STAYED ON ONLY SPORADICALLY. WISH I HAD OPENED AS SOON AS IT ARRIVED TO VERIFY OPERABILITY, SO I COULD HAVE RETURNED IT AS IT ONLY HAD A 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW.

My wife loved him but he quit working in less than a month. When I opened it up, the battery was corroded from age. Took me a while to find a replacement battery but Amazon carries them. Search for rechargable 1.2V NIMH batteries. I bought 5 for $9. He's very cute.

I bought this to put on my Beloved dogs grave. I love this, it's so whimsical and charming. The goofiness, the color. Charming.I gave it three starts however as it never lit up 😭. I was so disappointed. Because it's so cuteeeeeeee.Sighhhhhhhh

I bought this for my sons mother in law who is absolutely in love with dogs. She loves it. She has it in her front lawn to show off to everyone. It looks exactly as shown and everyone ask where she got it from. Its sturdy and will be an addition to any garden. Just a nice piece of art.
