Strong, Reliable, and Surprisingly Effective for the Price
Iโve tried a handful of glue traps over the years, but the Catchmaster Mouse & Insect Glue Traps (16-Pack) stand out for one simple reason โ they actually work. These traps are simple, inexpensive, and get the job done without gimmicks. Performance: I was honestly impressed. One trap managed to catch two mice at once โ and it held them securely. The adhesive is extremely strong, enough that even larger mice canโt wiggle free once caught. Itโs also effective for small insects and spiders that tend to wander near baseboards or garage corners. Ease of Use: Each trap comes ready to use straight out of the pack โ no baiting or setup required. You can lay them flat or fold them into a tunnel shape if you want to protect pets or avoid dust collecting on the sticky surface. The cardboard base is flexible but sturdy, and theyโre easy to slide into tight spaces like behind appliances or under cabinets. Disposal: Cleanup isnโt pleasant (glue traps never are), but itโs simple. Just fold it closed and toss. If youโre squeamish, use disposable gloves โ the adhesive is no joke. Effectiveness for Other Pests: Besides rodents, they also do a great job catching roaches, crickets, and other crawling pests. I placed a few in my basement and along window sills, and within a few days they were doing their job quietly and effectively. Downsides: As with all glue traps, theyโre not the most humane option โ the animals donโt die instantly. Itโs something to keep in mind if you prefer no-kill pest control. They also lose stickiness over time in dusty or humid areas, so replacing them periodically is key for best results. Overall Impression: If youโre looking for a straightforward, effective way to handle mice and insects without poison or complex traps, Catchmaster delivers. The adhesive strength alone puts it above cheaper alternatives, and the value of a 16-pack is hard to beat.

Very easy to set, VERY effective and cheap!
Iโve been using one of those electric kill traps for a month now and havenโt even cau one. But Iโve used this trap for less than 4 hours and just caught an annoying mouse. While it may not be as โhumaneโ as more advanced models, this is HIGHLY more effective! This is the only one I will ever use again.

Baited with peanuts, the mice don't have a chance
Highly effective. I have them spread around in the RV, pantry, garage. Four or five peanuts sprinkled on & the mice can't resist. Not for the squeamish as they don't die and you have to dispose of them to your preference. A bucket of water seems the most humane,

it worked!
Would benefit from a better way to handle it. You always have to use two traps at a time, if you need only one, the second is wasted.

Effective trap for unwanted pests
During a weather change, I have an issue with scorpions trying to get into the enclosed back porch. These traps have been very helpful to keep them and other creatures from getting into the house. I've had the occasional mouse or lizard as well, usually that the cat brings in to show me, and if placed in their path to hide, they can be caught and removed. With lizards or small snakes, a qtip swab with olive oil will easily loosen the glue to release them to be put back outside. Fair warning though, if the cat gets stuck on one, wear heavy gloves to try to remove it because cats are not nearly as cooperative. There is no odor and they do not loose their stickiness over time so they are durable. I have ordered these several times so they are a good value for the cost.

Very sticky but be prepared for live mice
Weโve had these sticky traps for a few months, and they seem to work just as well as any other brand weโve used. Theyโve been especially great to have this last week, as weโve caught two mice. Tis the season. I put a little peanut butter in the middle of the traps. I like the sticky traps because they also catch spiders and other bugs. They are very stickyโweโve even had spiders get stuck with just one leg on them. The giant downside is that you can end up with a live mouse that you then have to deal with. I make my husband handle this part. Itโs also been a challenge because we have a new crawler and have to put them in spots where he wonโt be able to get to them. Overall, these are a good pick if you are specifically wanting a sticky trap, but just be aware that if you are getting them for mice, you may end up having to deal with a live mouse rather than finding it already dead.

Work so much better than the โoldโ traps!
I love these traps! Blasted mice are seeking cooler temps after I thought I sealed all the gaps with steel wool. The sneaky thing pushed the steel wool out but, I had a trap waiting for him. These are super! I will order more for the garage. They have no odor, strong enough to hold and keep the mice. So easy to use. I like them because I donโt dread facing what a regular trap would do to a mouse. (Which the little guy ate all the bait without tripping the mechanism! Safe for everyone in the place. Stable enough to hold and keep the mouse. I will purchase again.

Mouse glue traps
Have not caught a mouse on the glue trap yet. Hopefully soon, but the mice seem to know more than the manufacturer about avoidance than attraction .
