Q: When I put it on charge it’s fine but when I take both off Charge the right ear won’t make a sound, and it won’t connect... help

Should them work perfectly out of charger, the sync is automatic with the device on, try to reset them, I use every day and no problem

Hi, I guess there is an issue with the battery in this particular earbud. If you like to you can try to reset the earbuds by holding the buttons on both of them simultaneously for 20 seconds. This may help if is a software glitch.
