Will this work with 1002423B Somfy motor?

This remote will activate a single RTS motor or group of RTS motors.

Somfy telis. My remote puts the awning out but will not bring the awning back to resting position, any solutions?

Do you hear a clicking sound when you try to push the button? If so, it sounds like either your arms are overextended or the motor is failing and needs to be replaced. If the arms are overextended, try, pushing the awning closed while pushing the up button.
