Eighth Grade Common Core Math: 16 Days to Mastering Paperback – December 9, 2014

The solution for Day 1, Problem 2, page 21 seems to be in error. My daughter asked me to help her understand what she did wrong when heranswer did not agree with the solution provided. This was a very straightforward addition problem. It turned out that the numbers included for various populations that were to be added together were incorrectly written into the solution. Specifically, Pelham was off by 500 and Alabaster was off by 900 resulting in a difference of 1400. I'm now lacking confidence in this book as a teaching tool. I was hoping to find an email for the author so I could mention this before submitting a review. I didn't find one, so here's my review.
