My dishwasher’s salt dispenser cap was completely stuck, clogged solid with dried salt, and no amount of twisting, pulling, or pleading would budge it. Yes, it feels a little pricey for what it is, but honestly, it worked so well that I can’t complain. It’s now in my toolbox for any future emergencies! It's expensive but it's solid and works. It is much cheaper than the £60 call out fee I was quoted and you have it for the future.

Great little tool. I was finding it impossible to remove the salt cap but this little tool worked within a few seconds. Very easy to use.

This is brilliant! Within minutes of opening my delivery I was able to loosen the salt cap on my Bosch dishwasher. I’ve always struggled to undo the cap and so to refill the salt. This made the job so easy. The contours of the machine floor meant a couple of repositionings were needed to fully loosen the cap - but that doesn’t detract from the effectiveness of the tool. It seemed pricey, especially with delivery costs added, but if your appliance model falls within the designated range then this is a game changer!

Firstly this tool does what it was designed to but I've knocked 1 star off for two reasons: There is only sufficient clearance for it to be used/ when the spanner is in a certain position. It only allows you to unscrew the cap a little before you have to reposition it again. It would be better if the handle was slightly cranked to make it easier to use. Secondly, it is 3D printed and the finish is a bit rough and ready. Its only a dishwasher spanner so most people won't care about this. Although I'm not sure how durable it is.

It fitted my dishwasher and I was able to open the salt cap which I had been trying to open using a cloth soaked in boiling water to loosen the seal. This must have played a part in opening the container but with the tool it came off easily.

This is fantastic. Even trying with a hammer I couldn't get the salt dispenser open on our dishwasher because of the encrusted salt. It took under 30 seconds to open it with this gadget. I am very happy. Absolute bargain

Came through letterbox a day earlier than expected and worked a few minutes later - fits my Bosch saltcap perfectly and with 2 pushes the socket unscrewed cap and broke the seal of encrusted salt. I had tried with a big metal socket wrench but it wouldn't open wide enough to get a good grip on the cap. This seems expensive for a piece of plastic but it worked and will use it to open the cap in future. Dishwasher machine manufacturers should supply these with the machines.

Mi salvación, no conseguía abrir la tapa de ninguna manera, se ve que eché mucha sal y se hizo una costra arriba que lo agarraba todo. Con esta pieza la he podido abrir fácilmente. Por cierto, está hecho con una impresora 3D, cumple su función, aunque es de esperar que sea algo más endeble que una pieza hecha en un molde.

Sehr hilfreiches Werkzeug. Deckel lässt sich nun ohne Kraftaufwand durch die Hebelwirkung öffnen. Durch den Einbau der Maschine war der Deckel für mich schwer zu packen. Dieses Problem ist nun gelöst.

Attrezzo utilissimo e super efficace! Avevo il tappo del sale della lavastoviglie bloccato e avendo provato mille metodi non sono mai riuscito ad aprirlo. Ho provato a battere con un martellino di plastica e ho provato con la chiave a fascia per i filtri dell olio delle macchine... ma nulla! Alla fine ho deciso di acquistare questa chiave e al primo colpo con un po di forza si è sbloccato! Soddisfatto al 100%

Llevaba tiempo con el tapón atascado y ni con una llave inglesa pude abrirlo. Fue recibir ésta y en unos segundos la pude abrir.
