How do you set it up on the adjustable stand? There’s no way to attach it.

Hi there is a hole under the glockenspiel and practice pad that screws into the adjustable stand, you simply match up the holes and spin it slowly until it catches....do not screw it super tight so as not to strip the screw or the hole

Part of the stand broke after only a few uses. Where can I get replacement parts?
