Yes it does contain salicylic acid. The label on the back does not include the percentage. It has lots of ingredients, all to little to read without using a magnifying glass. Clearasil is actually a trademark of a company that I think is in the United Kingdom. The label indicates this is made in France. The following website may provide more info. www.clearasil.com
