Of course everybody knows that the supplement industry is pretty much unregulated and being the skeptic that I am I do a bit of research before I buy anything, especially things that are expensive. The price of this book was more than worth it!!! It seems there have been quite a few studies done on juice from nopal (prickly pear) cactus. Before you buy the product, especially the one with the infomercial, read this book! The researchh appears to be true...but be advised there is a better product on the market than the one on the infomercial....you can find it here on the web.
