Germinate then in the fridge for thirty days before you put them in a plastic pot and start inside. Do no put it in the ground lavender is a weird plant to grow by seed.

Cold start before planting
I recommend people cold start the seeds. Wrap in paper towel with soil and thoroughly moisten. Out in the fridge for 30 days-ish. Water half way through and then set in warm place. The number of sprouting seeds goes from 20-30% to 99%

Falsely advertised.
This is not worth the money. I took a photo of the tiny packet of seeds tou get for the money. Mine had less than 25 seeds in it. No instructions. Totally different product than advertised.
