Great support
I don't usually write reviews so soon after I get a product, but I think this deserves it. I got both the ankle and knee support because I have heavy duty arthritis in the joints of my right leg due to a very old car accident. I got the small size in both. They fit tightly (I wear a ladies size 7 shoe).I spent the afternoon cleaning house and doing yardwork. These are usually very painful activities for me because of all the standing, lifting, bending, etc. I got everything done with much less pain than usual. These supports feel thick to me, but it was a warm day and I didn't feel overheated.I wouldn't wear these for normal wear because they're tight and not exactly attractive, but they worked like a champ for what I was doing. These were a lot better than the products my orthopedic doctor has given me. I often use a cane, but didn't need it while wearing these. I'm going to order a set of mediums for lighter activities. Very impressed.

Does NOT work for flat footed peeps!
First of all, I should say that I have very flat feet, and my problem with this is related to that. I'm sure someone who does not have flat feet wouldn't have the same issue. The support firmly holds my ankle in place, without question. However, the band that runs under the arch of my foot is excruciatingly uncomfortable. I took a pair of scissors to it after one wearing, and sliced through on the side to see if that relieved some of the pressure. It did not. Now that I've cut it, there's no returning it. I've tried wearing it without a sock, which is just as painful. Just walking with it on my foot feels like I'm walking on a hard object the size of a pencil under the arch of my foot. Let me assure you that the band is NOT that thick, it is just too much for someone with flat feet. I can't work out with it in the proper position because it is so painful. Last night, I just rolled the foot part up to my ankle, which did support my ankle, and took the pressure off of my foot. Until I find something better, I'll go with that. The company contacted me immediately after I responded to their email query as to my pleasure with the device. Kuddos to them for that. Unfortunately, there isn't a solution for someone with flat feet.Oh, and I bought the small/medium because I wear a size 7M shoe. I advise you to go up a size if you were thinking of a medium. It is nearly impossible to pull the thing off of my foot/leg after a workout. I know it should be tight, but gesh. I guess I'll look for something that laces up instead....

HALLELUJAH
I am so, so, so impressed with these. Firstly, my calves are extra, extra wide- 22" at their widest, and my feet are extra wide also. Because of this, often socks and sleeves do not fit me, even if they were meant to fit people with larger calves (for example, a women's boot labeled 'extra wide calf' tends to have a max circumference of 18-19 inches). Not only do these fit, they fit comfortably and don't cut into me at the cuffs over time like most others do. They were very pleasant to wear, except for the tag at the back, which was itchy and annoying, but that can be remedied with some scissors.I was also pleased because these were long enough on my foot (I am a size 9 womens, so my foot isn't as long as some, mind you) that I don't have to worry about half of my foot becoming super swollen because only half of it is under compression.Absolutely buy these and give them a try if you are considering it. They don't give as much support as a brace, or one of those sleeves with the gel plates, but they are really great for ankles that are weak, painful, or have circulation issues as an everyday tool to help the wearer out.

Supportive, but too tight.
For me, it's very tight even after buying the size recommend. It doesn't give. Could be due to my injury, this amount of support is too much. Good solid construction.

Excellent product
I use these for nighttime neuropathy relief. The material could be a little thinner, but the compression is about right & I definitely need toeless sleeves. They also provide some warmth & appropriate traction if I need to get up during the night.

Sizing is off
Material was good but the Unixsex sizing is way off. To small and tight

If you can’t get a normal sock on, YOU’ll NEVER GET THESE ON!
I couldn’t even get my toes in the sock. Don’t have strength to pull them on. I I’m too weak. The quality is very good though and I use the Vive Name Brand all the time. I just can’t reach my toes to try to pull them on.
