Easy to make
I love the facts that cinnamon and nuts came in a separate packs and with the self rise yeast. Made it easy to mix and easy to follow instructions

Wasn’t good this time, but still a good product.
I’m not sure why, but this round of purchasing this pancake mix wasn’t good. The dough didn’t rise, and was yellow in color. I usually get the type where there are English instructions, however, this time around it was all in the Korean language. This however, doesn’t totally turn me off. It’s a good product otherwise.

AMAZING!!!
We were introduced to Korean pancakes almost ten years ago when we lived in a Korena community in China. Since then they have been a family favorite in our house! We love how when you bite into them you get a slight gush of amazing sweet filling. You just can't make them fast enough in our house--they are THAT good! With that being said, I feel they are a bit pricey at around $7 a box, but I guess that is not too bad for an occasional treat. I did find some recipes on YouTube that show you how to make them yourself and I think I will give that a try next time. I am sure these are high in carbs, so I would like to see if I can come up with a lower carb option. Perhaps substitute almond or coconut flour for the white flour and use monk fruit sweatener instead of the sugar?A word of caution--although it may appear as a "common sense" item, make sure you allow them to cool very well before eating. We have burnt our mouths a few times with the super-hot filling! The inside of the pancakes tends to hold heat well, and although the outside may not be too hot, the inside is! It is very hard to let them cool as you should because they are so delicious (and you want to snatch it up before anyone else does)! haha
