NeilMed NeilCleanse Piercing Aftercare, Fine Mist, 6.3 Fluid Ounce

I’ve been using NeilMed NeilCleanse Piercing Aftercare Saline Spray for the past 4 years, both for my own piercings and my teenage daughters’ new piercings. It has been a staple in our piercing aftercare routine! No stinging or strong smells. It makes keeping new piercings clean so easy and has helped our piercings heal faster. I also love using it to keep my healed piercings clean and fresh. The spray is easy to use, and one can lasts us for months, so it’s definitely worth having on hand. After 4 years of using it, I wouldn’t use anything else for our piercings. Highly recommended.

I like how easy it is to use and the spray comes out to target specific areas. It’s been helpful with some of my piercings that I’ve been trying to heal for over a year. I’m noticing that it’s starting to heal better. I definitely should have gotten this when I first heard of it

I’ve tried a few piercing aftercare sprays, and this one is by far my favorite. The fine mist is super gentle and doesn’t blast your piercing like a pressure washer. It’s just a clean, soothing spray with no burning or stinging at all. My piercing stayed much less irritated, and healing seemed smoother once I switched to this. I also love that it’s just sterile saline with no weird additives or fragrances. The spray bottle works from any angle, which is surprisingly helpful when you’re trying to spray an ear piercing without becoming a contortionist. Definitely a must-have for new piercings.

After over a decade dealing with piercings in all places of my body, I finally found the best aftercare spray. I have tried it all from emu oil to h2ocean to help clean and heal any piercings. Most places endorse h2ocean as the best but neilmed has actually healed, cleaned, and supported my piercings health like no other!!! Couldn't be happier honestly. And if I have any piercing irritation bumps then I will clean with neilmed first and then apply teatree oil. Best combo for fast healing.

I wanted to give this time two days will be 10 weeks of having my Septum pierced. I had family do mine with her being a professional and all, I did my own search into it as well beforehand and got this, I’ve not had any irritation whatsoever, it helps me a lot, I like the amount you get as you do have to clean your septum twice daily to get the crusties and etc. I recommend this one above all out of any brand I’ve tried, I gave this one plenty of time and this is definitely the one. Another thing, they say use paper towels to clean a septum and if by chance you are someone who is getting this piercing, I can tell you that you can use Q-tips I’d suggest getting the Q-tip that have the sharper appearance to carefully work around the jewelry to clean it and let it soak on your nose before you put a Q-tip and make sure it is completely dry (What I have done and mine has healed quickly because it’s cleaned properly). Don’t change your septum until the correct timing because everyone is different and it can take more time to heal if you have anemia/bad immune system, when it’s time to change that out or change anything for a piercing really, make sure it is (Titanium). You do not want a bump or any type or irritation, I hope any of this helped.

I gave this item 4 stars because at times it’s difficult to get it to spray. It’ll either just dribble out or do nothing. A pump option would be better in my opinion. That said, the product itself worked great on my ear piercings. It promoted fast healing and prevented soreness. I also wish there was a window to see how much is left. The only way to tell it’s empty is when it stops spraying completely. This is also the only bottle of 100% saline. The others include zinc. Don’t know if that’s good or bad but my piercing professional sells and recommends this brand and zinc is the only difference I see between brands.

This is the absolute best piercing cleaner! I pierced my nose on May 5, 2026, and not long after, my nose ring accidentally fell out while I was lying down. My nose was so sore afterward, and I’ve been dealing with piercing bumps on and off ever since. I tried several different piercing solutions and even tried going the cheaper route, but every time I did, my nose definitely let me know that wasn’t the best idea 😭. Ever since I started using this piercing cleaner, my bump has gone down almost immediately and my piercing looks so much better. I’m so thankful I found this!
