Toning Ball

Excellent for mid- workout reps for smaller muscle group, especially the arms, forearms and wrists. Quality weighted ball and foods grip

One of the Tai Chi sessions introduced us to a weighted ball in our practice. I checked out what our instructor used but the price was rather high. This was the same size and weight, so I gave it a try. It has a rubber surface which does not move as easily as those at practice. I used some body oil which may sound strange but it helped make this work nearly perfectly. I did a 20 minute session the other day which helped my technique when I practiced with the instructor. I'm quite satisfied and it didn't break the bank!

This was perfect for what I was looking for it’s small enough it’s not awkward to hold while doing your workout, the material is soft and flexible so you can keep your grip. It shipped, on time and was priced right.

I love this thing. Once you pick it up it's hard not to play around with it and get some exercise. It has a satisfying grip that is good for palm exercises. The best feature is that you can drop it on hardwood, tile, or carpeting floors and it just makes a squishing sound. No harm. Good for the downstairs neighbors.

...and is sturdy. No surprise.

I think this is perfect for lifting above the head, doing in-and-outs, and doing Russian twists. I don't mind the sand inside. I don't understand why others complain about that. It's not a squishy ball. It's pretty firm with a rubber coating. I haven't tried sitting on it, but for my purposes I think it's great!

This is pretty small so perfect for a home gym where you don’t want much space taken up. We bought this for weighted sit ups as it’s easier to throw overhead than bigger wall balls.

Left it on our cabinet located inside the house, in normal temperature. Within three days, it stuck to the cabinet and left a sticky film. Unfortunate it’s no longer able to be used, and our cabinet has been ruined also.
