Great fit in a plate carrier for airsoft/paintball! Keeps the carrier rigid without adding a lot of weight. Having this installed makes it more comfortable for adding all of the Molle attachments and keeping its shape so you don’t have a problem changing mags. Good price in my opinion and adds protection for bbs and paintballs

Used these to replace the thin and softer pads in my plate carriers. These are three times thicker than standard trauma plates. Make sure your vest can accommodate thicker pads.

They are flexible and do fit in my plate carrier. They are a bit smaller than I needed but fill out the form sufficiently. Pretty good price compared to other options.

These are not trauma pads and offer no ballistic protection but if you’re looking to improve fitment with plates and get some comfort while in kit then give these a shot for an inexpensive and simple fix.

I picked up the IDOGEAR Tactical Plates EVA Foam inserts to use in my plate carrier, and they work exactly as described. The foam is firm enough to add structure but still flexible and lightweight. I wear these along with soft bulletproof armor behind them, and they make a great filler layer that helps everything sit properly and comfortably. As a security guard working in a nightclub, I deal with a lot of close-contact situations. These inserts do a surprisingly good job absorbing impact from punches or blunt force, adding an extra cushion without adding extra bulk. They stay in place, don’t shift around, and make the whole carrier feel more balanced. If you’re looking for affordable foam plates to give your carrier shape, comfort, and a bit more impact absorption, these are a solid choice. Highly recommend for anyone in security or tactical roles.
