Luggage cover
Fits up to 24". No cut out for the side handle. There is a zipper opening so I guess that would be where you slide your hand in to grab the handle.

Didn’t last one flight
I bought this cover to protect my new Samsonite frame lock suitcase which was $600. It didn’t last the first flight. I was so upset when I saw my suitcase on the conveyor belt with no cover and my suitcase beat up with scuffs and scratches. That says something about the suitcase but that’s a different review. Sometimes it’s better to go with an off brand.

Fits different sizes, well designed.
It fits my Samsonite FrameLock 28” and I believe it fits even bigger luggage thanks to the elastic material. The design that lets it fold into a small and neat “pillow” is awesome!

Great purchase
This fits our luggage perfectly. I love that it protects our hard sided luggage as the airlines are pretty hard on luggage. I sure can spot my luggage a mile away and that makes it easy for pick up. Super happy with this product.

One was destroyed by airline personnel or just wasn’t made as well
I bought two. One had a small tear in it on first trip. Second trip it was torn up pretty bad. The other cover is still ok. So maybe one was made poorly or maybe airline personnel just wanted to be extra rough with it. It’s is easy to put on and looks nice.
