This book wasn't written directly for me and my current position. But I wanted to read it to both become familiar with the responsibilities of a warehouse supervisor, and possibly prepare myself for a future position as one. This book certainly does that.It covers the inner workings of larger warehouse and the ones on the smaller size. The size of the book is a major plus for me too. Its not some bulky textbook meaning I can easily keep it at my desk for quick reference. The cost is also unbeatable for the amount of practical knowledge it churns out. My biggest takeaway was doing a floor walk every morning. I am not a supervisor but I found it immensely helpful to physically see what had to be done that day. I am confident that the more I return to it, the more I will learn from Paul's book.

Paul took a very difficult and broad subject and condensed in into a very easy to read handbook with all front line supervisor should read and those who manage front line supervisors.

I've purchased 2 copies, 1 for myself and 1 as a gift. Excellent hands on guide for new supervisors as well as a self-check review for the more experienced leader.
