Great value.
This shallow drop bar offers a more comfortable ride position when you need to cheat the wind or pull hard. The flat top offers multiple positions to rest your hands in a more upright position. The curve also is at a useful angle. Finish and detailing is good. Great value for the money.

Great, but you get what you pay for..
Really nice bars, but had some hiccups with the install. I had the same issue as another customer where I couldn't get my levers past a bend in the bars where they were wider. I took a file and opened up the hole where the screw goes thru the lever ring and then no problems. Easy fix if you have a small file on hand. Also keep in mind that these will change your reach since they have a drop in the bar shape itself. Quality control could be better bc the bars are not 100 % true to shape. Mine were slightly warped where the left side was millimeters higher and farther forward than the right. Again, you get what you pay for and these are worth the minor defects if you're like me and can't swing $300+ to have carbon bars. I ride bumpy back roads and the difference bw these and my stock metal bars are night and day when it comes to hand vibrations. Last thing I'll say is don't push past the 4nm spec. These bars feel strong but others have cracked them by overtighting, so get a good calibrated torque wrench and take your time. Hope this helps someone else. Stay safe out there, everyone!

Cracked when I torqued the stem bolts
I bought two sets of these handlebars two years ago and love them. They look great, are stiff, and are a comfortable shape. I decided to buy two more pairs. When I mounted the third pair they started making cracking sounds as soon as I put the slightest bit of pressure on the bolts. Just before I reached 5nm on my torque wrench the bars yielded a large crackling sound. When I removed the stem I found the crack in the photo on the clamping surface. After removal I checked the clamping surface with calipers to make sure that the surface is round. Even with the crack the bars are plenty stiff, but I would never ride them. After removing pair number four I installed a pair of Ritchey aluminum bars on the same bike and had no issue. I then removed them and installed my fourth pair of RXL bars on the same bicycle. Unfortunately this pair was from a different mold. I used the same cris-cross pattern that I had used with the other handlebars and the fourth pair installed without a problem. I cannot visibly see an issue with the third pair apart from the crack. I can say that Iโm glad they failed while I was working on my bike and not while I was riding it.

Nice
I love my bike, now it wasn't a great expense of 5000 but it is a nice bike. So I wanted to have less strain on the palms of my hands, even with gloves, so I saw these aero handle bars and had them installed by my local bike shop. I love them. They are carbon fiber, the bike shop loved the look and they do take off some of the road bumps. So far I've only had them for about 500 miles but I have to say I like them a lot.

Sweet looking set of bars!
These bars look like they cost way more than I payed for them and function just as good as bars that cost 3 to 4 times as much. Cable housing was a bit tricky to route, but the clean look is well worth it! These really are a great value in carbon handlebars.

Much heavier than description!
I'm replacing my 450mm aluminum bars that weigh in at 245grams with these 420mm bars that list the weight at 210grams. The idea was to reduce road vibration and save some weight by reducing the size and going with carbon fiber. To my surprise, they weighed in at 244grams! (with a negligible bit of tape to hold them onto my scales). The scales calibrate each time I turn on, so I know this is accurate. These are only 1 gram lighter than my old aluminum bars??? and they are smaller!!! Even with the 420mm size, I should only see maybe a 10g increase, but this was 35g more than advertised! Did I get the wrong ones, or is RXL lying about the bar weight to boost sales? Buyers be aware that these handle bars are NOT the weight claimed. If weight isn't an issue for you, these will probably be OK. But then again, many reviewers have mentioned cracks and failures in this product, so now I'm not even sure that I want to install these - with no weight savings, too much flex, and high failure potential, is the low cost really worth it? As the old saying goes, "you get what you pay for".

Dangerously poor quality control
Deserve Zero stars! I've had two pairs of these bars. The first lasted for two years and we're damaged in a crash during a race. No problem with the first pair. But the second pair was TERRIBLE. One of the holes for the internal cable routing wasn't even open. That couldn't pass any kind of unspection. And they cracked in just one month. Luckily I noticed the extra flex on one side and the crack didn't cause another crash. But it's clear there is ZERO quality control going on with these bars.

Well worth the money
Overall, my first impressions were quite positive, but there were a few minor issues that I encountered along the way. Let's start with the positives. The handlebar itself feels incredibly sturdy and well-built. The carbon fiber construction gives it a premium look and a lightweight feel, making it a fantastic upgrade. One aspect that I found slightly disappointing was the side markers meant to assist with leveling the brakes. Unfortunately, they were not symmetrical, which made them virtually useless for their intended purpose. It's a shame that such a simple design flaw could have been avoided. When it came to routing the cables along the handlebar, I initially had some concerns. However, with patience and careful maneuvering, the side cabling was not as difficult as I anticipated. In terms of weight, it weights 108g less compared to my previous FSA omega bar. Not a huge improvement but good overall. One minor drawback I encountered is that the round middle section of the handlebar is somewhat shorter than I expected. While this may not be an issue for some, it affected the placement of my Wahoo mount, which I have mounted on the stem for now. I'll updated this review if anything goes wrong. Overall I really recommend this bar over any aluminum bar.
