Works well
These worked exactly as described and helped us find silent leaks in two of our toilets. We knew one was leaking which we thought we fixed, and another one we had no idea was leaking. This is a great product and helped our water bill!

Little green tablets.
These little green tablets are exactly what I needed to make sure my toilet doesn't run.

What a smart solution
I had never heard of these until a professional plumber introduced them to me. A safe and effective way to test whether or not your toilet tank is leaking. Now whenever I have to repair a tank part, I simply drop a table in to make sure there are no leaks.

They work like expected, except that I had to use two for best result.
COME ON! It's water soluble blue dye! You tear two open and pour them into the toilet tank and wait an hour. Come back and look into the toilet bowl to check if the water tank leaked. Price is reasonable.

Everyone with a toilet should have one of these
It's cheap and easy and extremely accurate for detecting a flapper valve leak. But it's also like bulk things I buy at Costco: no matter how hard I try to put the remaining ones in an easy-to-find place, I usually end up losing them.

Work As Advertised
I discovered a leak in one of our toilets before I bought these. The water tank fill valve (not the angle valve) was allowing water to slowly leak into the tank and overflowing into the bowl. It was so slow that I couldn't hardly hear it. There was no damage from water leak, but my water bill went from $46/mo. to $75/mo. in about 2-weeks. Caused by slow water seepage from the tank into the bowl. Replaced defective part with a 400A fill Valve by Fluidmaster. Afterwards, I used the Toilet Leak Detecting Dye Tablets to see if the leak was fixed. Each tablet pack is for one-time use. If there's an active leak the water in the toilet bowl will turn blue without you flushing the toilet. Once you flush the toilet all the water in the tank and bowl will be blue from the tablets but will not indicate that there's a leak. Recommend dropping a couple of dye tablets into the tank every month or two to detect leaks. 5 Stars.

Toilet, die tabs
These dye tabs were good. Glad I got them. I use them in my rentals. I would recommend them.
