Citrus seems to be a fairly uncommon scent for beard oils, I frankly enjoy it, but options are limited, overall I would say I've enjoyed this product the handful of months I've had it, it seems they have updated the listing to say sweet orange scent which is accurate. As far as I can recall it just said "Citrus Scent" at the time of my purchase and I was a little worried it might end up smelling like Pine-Sol floor cleaner (as I've ran into that a few times) but I was pleased with the scent, I found it to be one of the better options.I purchased this to go with my citrus scented beard wash/conditioner (different brand), and they go together well, not conflicting but more complimenting each other which was a bonus. Often times product scents don't mix well, or one will overpower the other, and even worse the mix can end up smelling nothing like the two individual.Overall I'm both pleased, and impress with this product, I would recommend it at this price due to the quality/scent.

First and foremost, I'm only knocking off one star on "scent" because, while the scent for the orange citrus is very pleasing, it dissipates pretty quickly compared to other oils. It has a good consistency but doesn't leave my beard feeling oily. Other oils leave big greasy streaks on my cell phone, but this oil dries fairly quickly while maintaining the softness of my beard.I initially chose this oil because it does not contain castor oil, to which I have a sensitivity, and I am happy I have stuck with it. I have found it works best in conjunction with their beard balm, which, much like the oil, does not leave my beard feeling greasy. I'll most likely be sticking with this oil/balm combo for the foreseeable future.Lastly, their customer service is pretty top notch. A refill of the oil seemingly got lost in the mail during the Great USPS Disaster of Late 2020, and they were speedy quick in responding to my inquiry and helping resolve the issue. Oftentimes, niche products seems to have this operate according to the triangle of "Quality product, good price, solid customer service: Pick two." The folks at Beard Reverence seem to have nailed all three.

Over the years I’ve tried probably 15+ Different oils. None have made my corse thick beard so soft and manageable. Usually I’m combing my beard once an hour and with this oil I comed it this morning and it’s stayed that way all day. I will absolutely be buying this citrus again.

***UPDATE***Picked up the Vanilla Icon on release day... I’ve been looking forward to the scent since they first announced it and it does not disappoint!! I’ll It’s a nice break from the woody/outdoor scents on the market... It’s a toss up between Vanilla Icon and Citrus Glory as to which is my favorite currently... The only issue I have is that after applying the Vanilla Icon oil to my beard, I’ve got an insane hankering for some fresh baked cookies 😂😂😂... A few months back I found Beard Reverence via Instagram and picked up some of their Unscented oil. I’ve tried many different brands over the years, and while some of them are good, the prices are astronomical for what you get. Beard Reverence has the same quality as other oils out there, but absolutely KILL them on price!Knowing the quality of the base oil, I knew this scent would be great too, and I wasn’t wrong. The scent is very pleasant, and just the right amount of “strength” to know it’s there but not completely overpower and stick in your nose all day. My beard is soft and smooth and feels/looks much healthier.A+++ product from an A+++ brand!!

Right off the bat, the scent smells like freshly baked sugar cookies or a vanilla cake. Because it's right below the nose, it starts off as quite strong, but it settles quite quickly and doesn't disperse very far. The oil is a bit thin when compared to other oils I've used, but it does apply as expected and has some longevity comparable to other oils on the market.About an hour after applying, the vanilla is pretty mild and no longer seeming to be overly powerful.If you're into sweet-smelling beard oils, you'll likely love this. This is just a vanilla scent, not vanilla-leather, or something similar. While I'm not a huge fan of sweet scents, this isn't too bad. It's great for the cooler weather seasons.

Loved this product, great scent if you like sandalwood, noticeable but not overpowering. Works great for a short beard and didn’t make me break out. Good price, comparable product to many other beard oils that sell for twice as much.

Smells like…….vanilla!!!!

This beard oil is a great cheap beard oil. My only gripe is the its practical scent less. I was looking for a beard oil that has a vanilla scent which this is it and smells really nice like a warm vanilla cake or something. Just like right after you put it in you dont smell it at all. Not even when I would put it my mustache. All in all does a great job for the price I was just looking for something that had a strong vanilla scent that I'd be able to smell through the day a little more. But if you're not in the strong smells this would be a great choice.
