I live at 5000 ft altitude and I was looking for something I could calibrate to sea level pressure and reads in inches Hg.My normal pressure is around 25.00 in Hg and this device allows you to adjust it up to the equivalent pressure at sea level, which is what is reported at airports and other locations around my location. Its very simple to do. You can also adjust the temperature if needed. Also, I only really wanted to see the barometric pressure which this device shows more clearly than the temperature and humidity. It also forecast the weather, but I don't really pay attention to that. The cost was also fair

Accurate and reliable, no backlight
It’s a good little gadget. The barometric pressure data is useful in finding patterns for chronic pain. It was a bit pricey for what it is, and I wish it had a backlight option so I could see the clock on my nightstand, but all and all I’m happy with this product.

Very Accurate
Temperature and barometric pressure were spot-on. No need to tweak the settings although you can do that.

Doesn't Report Outside Temperature Accurately
The gauge was easy to install and read in my golf cart, however the outside temperature shown is up to 20 degrees higher than the actual temperature. I checked the inside temperature and it very accurate, when compared to my inside thermostat. I did try attaching the gauge to multiple locations on the golf cart, but I had the same result. I will continue to use the gauge for the digital clock, but will look for another alternative for the outside temperature.

Unit died after a few hours
Rec'd unit. it worked fine for several hours, then the display went blank. Tried several sets of new batteries and triple-checked polarity, no go. Still dead.

Looks Great "BUT"
Really cool looking gadget and easy to read. Problem is the temperature always shows at least 3 degrees higher than actual temperature. Keeps good time though. Pretty expensive for a clock only.
