I like to run mine under the hot water so it melts, then rub it in my hair. I prefer it in liquid form for my hair and solid form for my skin.It works well! Thanks Butcher Boy! I use some for cooking and the rest is used head to toe in place of lotions. Less greasy and easily absorbed into the skin. Also good for hair!

My coconut oil came liquified, can it be solidified again. I was very disappointed when I received it.
