I like the way the life the Doctor mother and her twin daughters lived with the Mob boss and his motherless son. It was heart warming to note the real brother sister bonding between Tony and his twin sisters Sharon and Cassandra. I seem to remember reading another story where this Russian Mob boss broke into another Mob boss's home and took his daughter and the Mobster's daughter who was treating the child as her doctor. Imagine my surprise to learn it was Cassandra Charles' daughter that the Russian Mob boss Victor who kidnapped her also ended up marrying her. The other twin Sharon also a doctor met her Russian Mobster husband after a car accident to avoid hitting a child riding her bike. Many things happened that one guesses happens in the lives of Mobsters but one thing rang true for me that at the end of the day, they were still living feeling human beings. Didn't think I would like this story but surprisingly I did which is solely due to how the author told the story. I enjoyed reading this story a lot.

When I first starting reading "Fixing Broken Hearts", I was hoping that each sibling would get their own stories and now that I've read this story I'm glad that in this story we get to know more about the characters that the story is based on and also it introduces other characters that may or may not catches your interest. It was super sweet nice when Alek came to Sharon's side in the beginning when she had her accident.

It's amazing how twin girls could be so different. Cassandra and Sharon characters I thought would have been closer in the story. At least they both found aggressive, strong, russians attractive. Alek and Sharon were made for each other. They both didn't have the same attachment to their mobbed families as real monsters would. I enjoyed their playfulness, passion and intimacy.

This was the perfect story , along with the people problems. You mixed in parts of laughter,smilies and worry on what's going to happen next, .

I loved this book and it was well written and took bits and pieces from the previous books in this series

I enjoyed this book and would like to hear Tony's story but remember that Bethany has a sister who is with Mischa (Valisy's wife Bethany bodyguard) I would like to hear their story also Tony is with stripper. A lot of character have been introduced, I'm waiting for book #4

This was a great mafia read and add the BWWM with it and I am all in. Alek and Sharon was the ultimate mob couple.This was well written but I have read mob books from this author and enjoyed them. She always add a great love story with an awesome hero. I loved her mob father and brother and how they protected Sharon. But when her bodyguard kickboxing lover Alek came he was her protector and did the darn job!!!There was a plot with great dialogue and great recurring characters and few new ones.I would definitely recommend this sequel and for you to go back and read the author’s other works. Enjoy, ❤️.

Alek and Sharon’s chance meeting bloomed into a love story that is intriguingly illustrated. The way all the pieces were brought together and layer out. There were one or two that did seem to fall by the wayside. Early on there was a mention of Alek having a sister. Wedding bells start to ring and his brother and mother are mentioned not a sister. On the other side in Cassandra’s story line there is mention of a little sister that their mother had with the stepfather. But there is not any talk about her in Sharon’s . Does she get a story of her own? What becomes of Toni, who does he end up with? What exactly did Gustov have in store for Sharon by kidnapping her? Love on the other side of pain.
