I really like this thing. It does take a few days to reach full fluffiness and for the smell to dissipate. Be prepared for that. (I'd love to see the machine that compacts it down into the shipping bag.) My only complaint is that the inner liner is not waterproof. I can't blame the company for the accident that happened. But God help you if you need to empty it out to wash the inner bag and find any foam that might be compromised.

Most amazing thing I have every bought

We bought the 6 foot Ultimate Sack with the foot stool. It's big, but it's not comfortable.We've fluffed it up for three days, kicked it, hit it, rolled it around, shuffled it around and it gets bigger but not softer. I can see how you could fit two people on it but it wouldn't be comfortable, I'm a little bummed out, I expected it to be more soft like a pillow. I would recommend this for a kids play room, but not for a family room like for what we purchased ours for.

I purchased two of these for my home and opened one for my den. I found it to be easy to assemble and was comfortable. Once done I realized the second chair wouldn’t fit comfortably in my home so I took it to work . I thought it would be perfect for my counseling office. Big mistake! When I opened th box I found that the box was distorted from being opened before. The white cover was filthy.. But I was willing to accept that since the plastic as still on the chair itself.I first started with taking out the chair and prepping it for the cover. To my surprise however not only was the blue suede cover not included but the foot stool with that cover was not included either.Honestly I thought it would be an easy fix however, I have been trying for two weeks to get the company to communicate with me. I have filed several complaints with Amazon and even uploaded pics. Still nothing. I keep getting the same message. Sorry Fed Ex delivered damage product….please upload pics of the damage.This has been an incredible disappointment. Now I’m waiting to file and A-Z guarantee claim against them. This is so solvable if only they would satisfy my order.Be mindful of purchasing through this retailer. They will not communicate with you at all.______Update: I was not the seller's fault. Amazon did not relay the messages to them. When I contacted the company directly, the resolved my issue immediately. Shame on Amazon for making me go through this for an entire month.

Got this chair for our downstairs family room and it's been a big hit. It's been used as a TV/gaming chair, puzzle chair, and overall lounge chair, so it's been worth the money so far. The footstool isn't used very often - my daughter's not tall enough to really get much use out of it, and it tends to just sit off to the side.Honestly, the one that gets the most use out of this giant chair is my small 8 lb cat. Wish I had thought to take a picture of this teeny kitty curled up in a ball in the direct center of this giant chair, but you can picture it just fine in your head all you like.As others have mentioned, I highly recommend you open the chair up and let all the contents expand for a day or three before sitting on it the first time. Otherwise, thumbs up!

Overall the reviews I saw were mostly accurate. Cover is very soft and durable. Yes the main bags foam does seem to be a mix of scraps and yes there are some hard pieces that can make some points uncomfortable, but just give the thing a decent beating until it feels right lol. Being a heavy set man, I did feel it needed more stuffing as the foam it comes with is not very supportive. After contacting support, they were more than helpful by sending additional stuffing. Unfortunately the extra stuffing did not come in a self contained liner, but a plastic bag which made a mess but was well worth it. The additional filling also was similar to that which is used for the foot rest, a uniform foam density, shredded. Overall a very nice deal for the $300. Not as comfortable as my old LoveSac (by a long shot), but far better in pricing.... Overall this product is highly recommended.
