Great product- but NOT flexible
The headset was required by one of the software that we use, and it functioned seamlessly. The problem is with the "flex" boom. It did not flex at all- it broke completely off, with only minor pressure. At least I got 6 months use out of it. Trying to fix or replace the boom...

I ordered two headsets for my company. One had a broken USB port and the other one had no sound in the earpiece. I returned both.
