I have used this product for years. I received the product and it was dried out. I sent it back and received a refund. I week later I received a replacement at no charge apologizing for the bad product. Great customer service by Hair Care Boutique!

I have short hair and use this product for more texture and for definition. I use it on wet hair to help mold the look I want, and then just a tiny bit on dry hair to get definition for a more youthful look. It is a great product and very unique. The consistency is like paste. The trick is to use very little.

This product is usually very thick waxy substance, but it came in liquid form. I think it's because it was in the delivery truck on a very hot day. I've put it in the refrigerator in hopes that it would return to it's original substance. It did get a bit thicker, but not the way it's supposed to be.

This stuff is amazing....it's not slimy, and it's not hard like a lot of hair putties or glues......it's easy to work into your hair. And it keeps your hair in place. No odor.

Have used this product for several years. I love it, what happened to this order? Idk. Never been runny like this

VERY EASILY AND SIMPLE TO USE FOR FULNESS, OR TAKE THE FRIZZ , JUST VERY CONTROLLING FIBER TO USE.
