What voltage does this item operate with? We rae on 240V 50hz?

I’d be very surprised if they don’t have a 220-240v model.

Has anyone used this to cut Sunbrella fabric? Mine is charring the cut. Tried lower temp, etc

We have used it to cut outdoor fabric very similar to Sunbrella. We did not have any issues, but one thing we did notice is that we had keep the knife moving steadily. I would suggest having your fabric flat and your cut lines drawn, and a helper with you to remove cut portions from the work area. I hope it helps!

What size screw holds the cutting guide in place?

It's a M4-0.7 X (about) 10 MM which I purchased at Home Depot.
