Easy to use
After reading previous reviews that gave this product a low rating, I decided to give it a try anyway. I hand wax my vehicle and rub it over and over in each area. This allows the wax to work before it dries. By the time it is almost dry, I just wipe the remaining into a high shine with a clean cloth.I do have a new vehicle but have done this with other cars I've had in the past with the same results. The one thing I do like is that on a couple of places that had a slight orange peel, I was able to make the wax fill this in and it looks as good as a show car shine.

Shiney & bright.
I applied this liquid polish with a cotton cloth. Wiped off with cotton cloth. Shine is great. Removing polish is a little work but about like the old polishes. The shine is much improved from the old waxes. It seems to hold up so far. Hasn't been on a year yet. One thing I misunderstood was it could coat plastic vinyl parts without damage. But directions say to avoid these.Otherwise a fine shine. Hope it holds up in Winter weather.

My Arms Are Tired!
I recently purchased this product for my first time at a local Wal-Mart. I followed the directions and applied the product one small area at a time. My problem was that it would not ever dry. Even after 2 hours! It's impossible to remove a damp wax without lot's of streaking, which is exactly what I got. What used to take about an hour at most, ended up taking up the better part of my afternoon. And all that repetative buffing left both my arms tired. I had to go over the Black Magic application with a different product to get rid of all the streaking. I will say that in a day or two, the finish looked nice and shiny, but obtaining this required entirely too much effort on my part. For the past several years, I used a product called Nu Finish liquid car wax in the orange bottle. I always found Nu Finish dried quickly after the intial application and was unbelievably easy to remove with no streaking and a gorgeous deep finish that lasted up to a full year. So why did I switch to Black Magic? I'm asking myself the same question! Just because it's a NEW product, does not mean it's a BETTER product! I also noticed this past weekend, while at my local Wal-Mart, that they no longer carry Black Magic Liquid Wax! However, they did still carry my old friend in the orange bottle-- Nu Finish, which I purchased and will use once again. Sorry Black Magic, it will only be Nu Finish in the future for this auto enthusiast!

... the old recipe where is was a thicker gel like fluid. This didn't work as good either
This isn't the same as the old recipe where is was a thicker gel like fluid. This didn't work as good either. I was disappointed =(

Best & Easiest Wax there is
Using the Black Magic for years now. It is the best and easiest wax ever. Even if you forget to buff it out, it come off with ease and leaves the hardest shine you can find. No reason for expensive wax, this really does the job

Wax Review
1. After reading other reviewers state they had a difficult time removing this wax, I thought I'd give this wax a try. I was hoping the wax would be difficult to remove, because if so it would be hard for bad weather to remove it as well. Wax was easy on and easy off. I waxed my car one hour before sunset this month (in Massachusetts 60 degrees F ) and allowed it to dry overnight, hoping for a challenge removing it in the morning. Easy off, normal shine, nothing unusual. I have used Mothers, Turtle Wax-- several types, NuFinish, RainX Wax, Zymol, Meguiars and they honestly all seem the same. That is to say, if I shine my car hood on one side with Mothers and the other Turtle Wax, I can't tell the difference when everything is done. I'll wax my car again in 2 months and see if anything changes. If so, I will update this review.2. Waxed and buffed by hand, no machine used.3. NuFinish maybe slightly easier to remove, slightly-- not a lot.4. Car: 1991 Volvo 240 sky blue sedan.5. I've been waxing cars for 25 years (yes I'm an old man).6. I would recommend buying car wax based on price rather than product claims or advertisements.7. I work in healthcare, not for a wax or auto-related industry.
