Problems
This review is on behalf of my boss none of these words are mine: “Honesty, I had high hopes for this product as our other phones are also AVAYA. When starting up the first one it had a screen defect. The second phone they sent kept turning in and off by itself like the first one. At this point I’m tired and want my money back so I am returning this. It feels cheaply made. None of these phones are as good as they used to be. Disappointed.”

It wasn't the right phone!
This was advertised as the model we were looking for, and it was a different model, so had to return it to Amazon. If I could, I'd give it a minus 1 star. As soon as I took it out of the box, I saw the label on it, which showed that it was obviously a different model than what I'd ordered and paid for. So either someone was figuring they could get away with this, or they just weren't paying attention.
