I need to use these to ship frozen breast milk between Europe and the US. Does anyone know if these are TSA compliant?

I don't know if they are TSA compliant, but I do know that they don't last nearly as long as I had expected and if you think the shipping from Europe to US is going to take more than 24 hours I would use dry ice. These are not a good replacement for dry ice for keeping things really cold and for a prolonged period of time.

Would someone PLEASE state the actual dimensions of the sheet (s?) you get? Several have asked with no answers anywhere here. So annoying!

They are approximately 10" x 13-/2" or so. Dimensions are very close to this.

What are the complete activation instructions?

What works best for me is to cover the packages (cut to the size you want) with cold water. I let the packs soak for aboot 15 mins. and then knead the packs while in the water. This will remove all of the trapped air. Then let them soak for another 10 mins. Place the packs in the freezer until completely frozen.

can you keep them in a cooler, unopened for 3 days?

3 Days is a little too long to keep it at 45 degrees. (fridge temps) The most you will see is 30 hours if you bulk up on the sheets, use a well insulated cooler, and freeze them ahead of time in a standard freezer. You could get more time than that is you have a deep freeze freezer you could put them in. These Techni-sheets can reach dry ice temps if you get them that cold.
