Life Without Limits: Inspiration for a Ridiculously Good Life

I saw Nick Vujicic after a friend told me he'd be speaking at the Rock Church in San Diego. I was thirsty to hear someone of substance speak about his life. As I said to my husband, "I want to hear what he has to say." At that time I learned he was married and his wife had just given birth and I was astounded by this man and wanted to hear more about his perspective so I purchased this book. The book was written earlier and goes deeper into Nick's emotions and his struggle, while offering his spiritual perspective and positive outlook on life. What he has overcome and what he's doing now, is more impressive to me than a climb up Mt. Everest. His purpose is to encourage others who may be feeling limited or broken in their lives and this may put some people off, but it's the very reason Nick believes he is on this Earth.

Nicks struggles and accomplisments brought me many times to tears and joy. God is faithfull. My faith has increased beyond my expectations by reading this book!

I can relate with Nick in many ways, My feelings as I was growing up. I was borned with deformies.. I do not have all my fingers. On my right hand I have four finger, with one finger as short without a nail. The left hand I have two fingers and a thumd that you called a wagef -two on one thumb. I had a bilateral cleft palate, bilateral harelip. I don't have all my toes. Life has not been easy for me, with God help I learned to compensate for my deformies. I was blessed with Christian parents, and three brothers. I was raised on a farm in Okarche, Oklahoma. learned to drive a tractor, and learned to work. i am writing on my book to inspire others. My Mother taught me that there worth people than myself, and I have seen in my lifetime. I gratuated from Oklahoma College for Women in 1965, now knowmI as Unversity of Science and Arts of Oklahoma. in Chickasha, Oklahoma. I worked in Histology and Pathology for 43 yrs, retired in 2008 from INTEGRIS Baptist Medical Center in Oklahoma City.I . worked at St Anthony for almost 27 yrs. IINTEGRIS for 17 yrs. Have been Supervisor for 32 yrs. and was a Manager of Pathology the last seven yrs at INTEGRIS until I retired. I was a successful career woman. Active in alot of groups.For the Final note, I agree with Nick, I could not be successful without God 's help. I am here to fulfill God's purpose. I recommend this book to many people. My pastore had told me about this book, so I bought on Kindle, God has blessed us with so much, to God be the Glory.

This man is unbelievable in what he has and continues to achieve in his outlook/view of life and what it may throw at us. Watched a documentary on tv a few nights ago and continue to feel fulfilled afterward. He is amazing and am sure it is easy for all who know him personally to very quickly look right past his "limitatons(?)" and see the true and real person in front of them. Amazing. This particular book, however, was a bit too "preachy", not what I expected, which is probably my fault. I expected it to be more autobiographical. My dad was a SBC minister so the "preachy" content was a put-off for me.

Life Without Limits, written by Nick Vujicic is filled with awe inspiring stories of Nick overcoming his challenges in life. He was born without arms and legs, but that has not stopped him. Showing that anything is possible he has gone skydiving, surfing, and can even swim. After becoming an incredible and inspirational speaker, he has traveled the globe speaking to diverse audiences, sharing how he has learned to concord his trials and say that no matter what you are going through there is always hope. He takes all of his experiences and relates them to his audiences, giving them a reason to keep going even if it seems impossible to do so. Not only does this book include the stories from his life, but it includes life changing events from other people that he has touched. This book has given me the motivation to make some drastic changes in my life that have helped me become a better person, and I know that it will change your life for the better. As you read this book, there will be no doubt in your mind of its power to improve.

If you are looking for inspiration, if you’re feeling kind of down, read this book. Seriously read this book! You will no longer feel sorry for yourself. And you’re more than likely will get a few laughs.

Absolutely love this book, must read to gain a new understanding of who you are. To see life in new way, and your whole purpose and mission comes to life. When you can realize that your potential is you. Any limits(weakness) you have does not define you, does not make you imperfect for you are perfect just the way you are. This is the message of truth, and Nick Vujicic gets it and states it without shame. I love his perspective for it gives me the insight I need to lift where I stand. He is right on when he says I am (power statement) the perfect Nick Vijicic. Read to gain this understanding. To enjoy the journey is to know who you really are and what you have to offer. Trusting in what you can give if you choose to is when you can be the traveling ball that keeps moving. This is the power of choice. This power is within, and no one can rob that from you unless you surrender and play the victim role, of I cant help it, I cant change, you enforce that belief that you cant therefore you become helpless. Choose to enforce the belief you want to believe in, by stating I am able to change I am able to find a solution to change therefore I will. The actions you present are the evidence of your belief. This is the truth, and the truth sets you free.

Very inspirational and encouraging. Leaves no room for feeling sorry for oneself or whining about your lot in life. Bought more copies to gift to people I care about.

I was passing through a very hard moment and Nick helped me to understand that this is real life. Life is not always as we THINK or WISH that it would be, but even though sometimes we are sick, with no money or having any other kind of problem, we need to focus in do our best and become thankful to be alive. If you didn't read yet, enjoy the best of life, and store this book to read when you cross a hard moment in life.

A passionate message for people in despair, unhappy circumstances, and struggling with what life put on their shoulders. A message of never, ever giving up and to find the unique purpose life wants us to find and live.

ニックのビデオは、DVDやネットで見ていたので、彼のことはよく知っているつもりだったが、１冊読み通してみて、１時間や２時間の映像の内容と、本の持つ内容はだんちがいであることがよく分かる。手も足もなく生まれて来たことをどれほど深く悩み抜いたのか、本書で初めて知らされた。そして、悩みの底から出て来た者の明るさを知らされる

Mi e' capitato di recente di imbattermi in un video di Nick Vujicic e sono rimasto molto colpito dal suo atteggiamento positivo. Cio' che un essere umano puo' riuscire a fare non ha nessun limite se non quello di non credere di poter fare qualsiasi cosa. La storia di Nick riempie il lettore di quella gioia autentica che lo spinge a considerare alcuni concetti che spesso ci bloccano dal seguire il sogno di una vita. Il libro e' molto commovente in alcune sue parti e assolutamente esilarante e divertente in altre. Consiglio a tutti questo libro per la grande capacita' di ispirare le persone a seguire i propri sogni senza farsi distrarre da paure che spesso ci creiamo senza motivo. L'inglese non e' dei piu' tecnici e difficili ed il testo risulta molto scorrevole. Buona lettura.
