I’ve been trying hard to shed the last couple stubborn pounds this year without success. After a week taking 1 oz. of this enzyme on an empty stomach every morning, I reached my weight loss goal. By the way, my diet or exercise routine has not changed during that week. I took the enzyme straight, then followed with 8 oz. of water. It actually tastes better without diluting. I can tell that it helps with digestive and speeds up my metabolism since I don’t have any heartburns after full and heavy meals any more. Happy with the product so far!

Very high quality product. I could feel a difference within days... I take it as a shot, I find the taste not so pleasant if diluted as recommended. It is a bit sweet, but otherwise an excellent product. I will definitely buy again.

I was really hesitant to try this koso concentrate since there were few descriptions of what it actually tastes like. For those stating it tastes like plum juice, it did not to me. First thing I did when I opened the bottle was smell it and it was very earthy and savory—like soy sauce which make sense since soy sauce is also fermented. I got a little scared. I diluted the concentrate with some mineral water and was pleasantly surprised. If you enjoy a balsamic reduction or glaze, and wished it came in a soda form, then you’re in luck! To me it tastes like balsamic glaze soda! It also reminds me of tamarind soda, just less citrusy. Anyhoo, I haven’t taken it long enough to see its affects on me, but I know I will enjoy the process.

Too early to know of any results but for people concerned about the taste - if you like soy sauce, you will be fine taking this undiluted. 100% satisfied with this purchase and will be buying another to monitor results when the time comes!

It’s been my 4th day on fasting. Two cups of this and add water or sparkling water for all day drinking while I don’t eat. My 5th day is going to be my last day fasting tomorrow. So far I’ve lost about 2kg. In 4 days. I will purchase again.

Before I forget, brown sugar is not an added ingredient… sugar is used for the fermentation process just like in creating kombucha. The bacteria eat it! Ive had gut issues every since a super bad case of food poisoning in 2010. Diagnosed with SIBO / Dysbiosis before it was as widely known thing in 2012. Also bad case of hyperintestinal permeability (usually goes hand in hand with SIBO). My last food sensitivities test was off the chart with everything i consumed regularly. :-(. Really needing a reset as I polluted myself these past few years and I like the idea of flooding myself with a fermented drink chock full of good bacteria and enzymes for 5-7 days. I couldn't decide which brand to purchase (the popular one or this one ACF), and since I wanted more than one bottle I decided to get one of each brand. I just did a taste test 1T mixed with 3T sparkling water and I could not really taste any difference. The popular brand is 99. for 15 30ml servings and this one is 69. for 24 30ml servings. The poplular brand I believe is one year fermentation this brand 2. They both have over 100 ingredients. Ill be getting only this one in the future! Excited and happy to have found this product, it makes so much sense to me to reset using a nutrient rich enzyme/good gut bacteria drink. Starting tomorrow HUT! :-)

I was eager to receive this enzyme drink and after a few delivery hiccups it finally made it here. The flavor isn't bad at all and I have problems drinking it. If someone is more sensitive to flavors, I recommend you dilute a bit more. I can't attest to whether or not it helps, since we have used only one bottle and I can't tell at this point. I wish it was less expensive, because then I would subscribe to it. Maybe I will detox with it 1-3 times a year.

I didn’t particularly like the taste, but it served my purpose. I used it for fasting and I think it worked.
