Works great - wish I would have sprung for the 2 bottle option
Very happy with this product. After using it I realized that for my purposes I would have probably been better off getting the two bottle option. The heating process takes a while, so if you think you will be going through ultrasound gel quickly, get the 2 bottle one.

delivered before the expected date, no damages, performing well
This was used at the heart station for pediatric patients undergoing echocardiography. It was very effective in pacifying and mitigating traumatic experience of having to deal with crying patients due to very cold gel applied on probes and directly on the patient's chest.

Simple yet not warm.
Clean and simple looking. However, it’s not very warm at all. If much at all actaully. For the price couldn’t say I would buy again as it isn’t warm. It’s not freezing cold either. Not sure.

Keeps customers from complaining
Ordered this for the gel for the ultra- sound machine. Many people would gasp at the chill or room temp gel on their skin. It’s worth the money to stop the complaining!

keeps the gel warm
It keeps the gel at a good temp and doesn't take up too much space on the counter. A winner.

Am I missing something?
I’m sorry does this thing have no on/off switch? You just plug it in and it’s eternally on unless you unplug it from the wall? What a wildly trash design. I’ve never seen anything like this in my life. Truly horrible abomination of a design.
