This slip on really gives the bike that sporty sound that you love to hear. Absolute music to the ears. At low rpms it gives the bike a deeper growly resonating note. At mid to high rpms the bike just screams! Havent taken out the baffle yet (as i dont see the need to). I live in an upperscale apartment complex and dont feel like really pissing off the neighbors. All in all i feel like this is the best looking slip on available for the gsxr. I cant say its the best sounding because i have no frame of reference. I tried everything to get it to fit properly, anti sieze, mallet, no go. So like a few others I got out the sawzaw and cut about a 1/4 inch of my midpipe, piece of cake fit like a champ. Looks great, sounds even better. I did not take the baffle out because Im happy with the sound the way it currently is.
