Q: How high does this product lift ur herl

Not much, about half a centimetre. Half a centimetre can make a difference in a shoe. I bought it for cushioning in a boot and it wasn't soft enough and made my boot tight. I went for more of a memory foam.

Q: How did UK Shoe size compare with S M L. I'm a size 9.5 but was wandering which one to try.

I am a size 5 so ordered a small which was 4.5- 6.5 Hope that helps

No they don't stick on your shoe. But they don't move when you walk either.
