This is my first roller- so I don’t have a ton of experience with them- but I did a ton of research before buying. This seems to be working for me. You do need to go slowly and don’t repeatedly go over the same area if you don’t think it’s working. I use it before bedtime nightly except retinol days. It stings a little but it’s never dawn blood.

I was a bit nervous about trying one of these on my face, but it's actually super gentle and easy to use. The handle is lightweight and gives you great control so you don't apply too much pressure while rolling. It glides really smoothly across my skin without scraping, and it cleans up in seconds with a little rubbing alcohol. It's a nice, quick addition to my evening routine right before I put on my favorite serums.

...and each time it has been in a sterile wrap, placed inside the Angel Kiss box. I use the roller 2x and then throw it away. My 5th time ordering this roller, I received an unwrapped roller inside the Angel Kiss box and it appears to be a USED product. I am absolutely disgusted.

My doctor actually recommended this dermaroller to me. She said she uses it herself and was also recommending it to another one of her patients, so I felt pretty confident trying it. After I wash my face, I use this roller and then apply my peptide serum right on top. I let it sit and absorb into my skin. I also bought a little spray bottle and filled it with rubbing alcohol to sanitize the roller after every use, then I store it in the clear hard plastic case it came with. Super easy. I like this roller because the needles aren’t thick and it doesn’t go in too deep. I’m kind of a wimp when it comes to pain, but this one doesn’t feel bad at all. Just don’t make the mistake I did. One time I kept rolling over the same area again and again and my face was burning for hours. That was totally my fault, but it taught me not to go overboard. Even then, it didn’t break my skin and there was no blood. I’ve heard you’re supposed to replace these after about nine uses. Since the price is reasonable, I don’t feel guilty tossing it and getting a new one every so often. Because we’re puncturing the skin, I don’t like to push it.

It does what it is supposed to do . Very bareable on the face after having prior to the 0.3 the 0.25 lenght . Quick delivery .. everything OK so far .
