Very light and easy to carry rubber water container. I don't like to over hydrate before a run, so it's handy to fill this with water and some taurine and L-thyrosine (and electrolytes for the warmer weather.) It's only 250ml, so for anything over 5K I'd consider something larger.

Great item, perfect for the gel sachets can’t say as much of a water bottle I would say a little bigger maybe 400 mL for just water I’m just contemplating how thick the actual material PVC is going to last in maybe a handbag?

A friend recommended this and i have found it so handy to use when running. it is small and light and because it is squishy it is not like running with a bottle in the hand, super find!

Just the right size to fit in my running vest, and hardly any weight to it when full, easy to drink from on the move. Would definitely recommend. Took a couple of uses before the new bottle taste went but it wasn't strong when there.

I’ve used this a couple of times and really like it. Great for a run and once emptied I can stuff it in a small pocket or bag rather than having a bulky bottle. Looking a getting a running vest and these will work perfectly.

Great usable form to use, size perfect, just horrible taste from whatever you put in it. Tried cleaning it thoroughly, but it just will not go. Not able to use.

Hardly holds anything. Tastes of rubber and difficult to get anything out.Way too expensive for what you get.

I bought this to throw in my pocket (about 25% full) when I go for a short jog, just for 2-3 sips of water. It does the job well.The bite valve works nicely. The pouch doesn't leak at all. It's easy to remove the cap to fill it, and it dries pretty readily because it holds itself open just enough when you put it top-down on a drying rack.I cleaned mine with a denture cleaner tab and the remaining plastic taste is pretty mild.

I didn't want it for drinking I needed it for other waterproof storage that was easy to get at. It works brilliantly, unscrew the lid fill it up, squeeze the nipple as press the bottle out comes the liquid and stop squeezing the nipple and it stops no leaks so far.
