Pros : best deal I could find. They came in good condition. Lighter than normal ones when you buy a cd. Look great.Cons : they are cheap and will scratch easy. I have had one crack BUT that may just be how I was trying to open it to insert the inlay etc so I’m not holding that against them.I’m a reseller of used cds so got these for the cds that had broken cases. They are lighter to ship and nice looking but I do disclose to my customers that it is a replaced case because you can feel/tell the difference.Overall will continue to buy these

Okay, so if you're a CD collector like myself (you vinyl people are missing where it's REALLY at, by the way!) looking for good quality jewel cases to replace your cracked and worn ones, and have found that most vendors of these now very niche items don't seem to (1) know how to package them for shipping, and (2) offer a flimsy, sub-par quality product that, at best, only VISUALLY compares to the sturdy and solid jewel cases you remember from days of yore - then look no further than this KEYIN brand. These are beautiful! Hard, sturdy, heavier duty than the others on the market right now, and above all: they ship them in bubble wrap in a double walled, tight little box to avoid them being shattered to pieces upon arrival. From this point forward I will ONLY buy KEYIN brand jewel cases. They are hands down, no competition, the very BEST on the market... trust me - I've seen the worst, and thought that's all there was available these days. Not true. Buy KEYIN. You will not be disappointed. Your CD collection just got a whole helluva lot better looking!!

I've used these to replace cases for some of my PS1 games and music CDs, and these are fine cases. I've had no issues with breaking. Sometimes I've only replaced the front of a case when I've had cases with a cracked front and a perfect back half, but I've replaced several full cases including the front and back inserts. I looked up a video on how to take apart the back of the case, and then I used a small-size flathead screwdriver and inserted it carefully at a couple of points, which opened the case fine in every instance. (Specifically, I used a 2.5 mm flathead.) As long as you do it right and you're gentle, the case shouldn't break.The cases look good and they do stay closed. Occasionally I've had one be a little harder to snap shut at first or have had the hinges sort of hit a snag when opening/closing that just meant it didn't quite swing open/shut smoothly, but after practicing swinging it open and shut on the hinges a few times, that always fixed it.So no complaints. These are great for when buying used CDs or when packaging isn’t great. They can be pretty fragile when taking apart, so go slow. Look up a video on how to swap Jewel cases before doing it yourself.

Good quality, inexpensive, exactly what I was looking for, and didn’t come broken (unlike half the CD cases from a certain website lol). Excellent replacement cases.

I use these cases to replace the ones that break on me. I take out the album cover from the old CD case and put it into this one. So now I can get rid of all those old CD cases with broken hinges! I like it.
