Whats the minimum age on this?

I wouldn't say that there is a minimum age for this. I think it might depend on the child. I gave this to my almost 4 yr old granddaughter and she loved it. No, she can't tell time yet but it has Minnie on it, which she loves, and its pink.

How to set date and time?

There are three buttons on the side of the right side of the watch. The top button plays the "Minnie's Boutique" song, which makes my daughter so happy. The other buttons are for setting the watch date and time.
