Really easy to cut through metal IKEA cabinets
I bought this with limited DIY knowledge to cut through the back of some powder coated steel IKEA cabinets in order to pass plugs through. This cut through with ease and requiring little pressure and not a fancy drill. It’s the perfect size hole to manoeuvre a plug through and worked perfectly.

OK, but clogs easily
This is a very simple product and does what it claims. On the other hand, the very basic tooth pattern clogs easily in both aluminium and wood. Fine for DIY, but if you need to drill a lot of holes, something more sophisticated is needed.

Rather good
Not used these "quality" tools before but actually rather good cutting - used to produce really clean cut holes in perspex sheet - even thin sheet was cut clean with no cracking.

Not worth the money
These look good and you would expect they are good but they are one use only on this metal.I have purchased 3 so far and giving it the benefit that I had a rogue one they are all the same.I drilled through metal trunking and I’m lucky to get two holes out of each saw. The teeth on the saw wear down to having no teeth and simply metal .They are not cheap either . So one hit wonders they are.
