Great find for heavy night time wetting! My son has been wearing these for the past year and they have truly saved us. No matter what we did- cut out liquids before bed, multiple pre bed potty trips- he still was peeing A LOT at night. He’s just a hydrated little guy. We didn’t know what to do. Our neighbor told us about these pads and they’ve been a game changer! No more middle of the night wake ups and daily bedsheet/mattress pad changes. They fit easily into any diaper or pull up. Most importantly, they are super absorbent! Also passes the comfort test as he is sometimes sensitive to what he is wearing. One pad lasts all night long. He has not had any leakage since we began using them. Highly recommend!

I wanted to wait a week+ before leaving a review to be certain of the product's effectiveness. These things have completely stopped the pee soaked pants and sheets we wake up to nearly every morning. They are long and soft and are really similar looking to women's overnight pads with the adhesive strip. We place them a little more forward to catch where the pee will be coming from directly and simply seem like an extra thick diaper when put in place. He has NOT had any irritation, reddness or problems with them! They are officially now my go-to accessory for bedtime for him. Background: My son is 2.5 and wears 2t clothing and size 5 diapers in the day (as of 2.5 weeks ago) and night (as of a couple months ago). My son is a VOLUME peer... I mean Niagara Falls as nothing on this kid... during the day it has not been as much of an issue as you can see when he is full after his 37 cups of water and milk (no he doesn't have any health issues he just likes drinking a lot from his favorite sippy cups). Sometimes he'd still pee through the diaper and pants if we're in the car for a while still though, and at night it was almost inevitable that he would completely soak his pants and sheets. We tried switching up another size to size 6's and they were too loose on his legs and he would still pee out. The Honest Diapers size 5 overnight were doing a decent job for a while (the best compared to other namebrand diapers for US), as long as we really limited his drink consumption at night. Problem is I hate to limit his fluid intake when he says "peeeaseee" with his sippy cup for more water - so I was looking for a substitute to help stop from the extreme wetness he'd wake up in every morning. I found these as an option with good reviews and figured it was a lot cheaper than trying different brands of diapers (again) at 3-4x the price to solve the problem (and yes the size 6's are still tooo loose on his legs and leak on him, especially since he's a active moving sleeper). I have been very happy so far, since the first night I've placed them in his diaper he hasn't peed through! It's been about 2 weeks now that he's been wearing them. These will continue to be our go-to for bedtime dryness.

What was us changing the sheets every morning due to leaky diapers has been reduced to once or twice a week.. our giant 18 month old has been in size 8 diapers with no where to go and this was the perfect overnight solution! Easy to use, no skin irritation, high quality, perfect fit, and extra absorbent. We are so happy we found these!

We use these for my 4 year old in his night time pull ups. He is potty trained when he’s not sleeping but still pees a lot at night and sizing up diapers alone wasn’t working. They have significantly decreased leaks as long as it is placed correctly in the pull-up (trial and error here.) It is an extra cost on top of the pull ups but it is worth it. They are easy to use and hold a lot. We’ve never experienced any rashes. I like the ones with the adhesive better than non adhesive so it stays in place. Just started using them for my 2 year old in her diapers at night and it has also eliminated leaks in her regular diapers overnight. Highly recommend!

I purchased two packs of these for my son in hopes that they would help keep him dry during the night thank god they worked perfectly! My son pees alot during the night, 5 days a week im having to wash my sheets due to diaper leaks and not to mention up twice a night changing his diaper still after almost 3 years of not a full nights rest we both finally slept all night these are a god send! No skin irritation and the pads themselves are very thick. The little sticky pad on the back works great no movement from the pad when he was up running around and climbing on things. My son is very sensory oriented towards feel so i was nervous he would notice the extra padding and try and pull his diaper off to remove it NOPE 🙌🏻 im so happy I found these and I will definitely be purchasing more. I highly recommend giving these a try if you have a heavy wetter!

The real secret to getting your baby to sleep through the night - making sure their nappy doesn't leak and this definitely did the trick! At least it's one thing that can be eliminated as a worry.

My Grandson was going through his night nappy constantly which meant lots of extra washing but moreover, an uncomfortable sleep for him. The pads are great. They fit perfectly inside the nappy and . . . no more wet bed clothes or linen!
